Our Services

First Class and Second Class Pressure Vessels

We have over 70 years of experience as “first class pressure vessels” manufacturing factory licensed by Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare. Our qualified welders provide small- to large-scale pressure vessels for medical, food and industrial use which are required high quality and durability.

Vacuum Chambers

We have abundant experiences to manufacture chambers of film forming equipment used for FPD (LCP: Liquid crystal panel, organic EL panel), solar panel and so on. Nondestructive examination can be carried out by our experienced inspectors if required. We have already established manufacturing capability which satisfies customers’ requirement of QCD (Quality, Cost, and Delivery).

Precision Machining

We have highly skilled mechanics and own large-sized machines. Electromagnet parts for accelerator and large-scale structure parts which require high precision needed have been delivered for years.

Bed, frames for industrial equipment

We perform integrated production from material procurement to surface finishing or painting and assembly in-country, especially large-scale products such as stands and frames.
